Universelle Induktivtaster-Eingänge
Die IMB-im Module nehmen Induktivmesstaster unterschiedlicher Hersteller und Typen auf. Standard-Lagertyp ist TESA-Halbbrücke; weitere Ausführungen können passend zur Anwendung gewählt werden.
Auflösung und Messrate
Die 16-Bit-Technik erreicht standardmäßig ±3 mm bei 0,1 µm Auflösung, optional ±1,5 mm bei 0,05 µm. Pro Sekunde stehen bis zu 1800 fertig aufbereitete Messwerte zur Verfügung.
Dynamische Messungen
Die Module arbeiten bussynchron und unterstützen Messstellenverknüpfungen. Beim IMB-im1 ist eine digitale Linearisierung möglich.
