Direkte Messwerterfassung über den Rechner
Die bewährten TESA Halbbrücken- und LVDT-Messtaster sind auch als USB-Ausführung erhältlich. Der Taster wird direkt an einer USB-Schnittstelle des Rechners angeschlossen; ein separater Messverstärker ist nicht erforderlich.
Varianten für unterschiedliche Messwege und Abhebungen
Verfügbar sind Ausführungen mit axialem oder radialem Kabelausgang sowie mechanischer, pneumatischer oder Vakuum-Abhebung. Die Messwerterfassung erfolgt in 100 ms. Eine Synchronisierung für dynamische Messungen ist nicht vorgesehen.
Software und weitere Ausführungen
Softwarelösungen wie DATA-DIRECT und STAT-EXPRESS sowie weitere Tastertypen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Wiederholpräzision, Fehlergrenze und MPE stehen im Artikeldetail.
Ballbach customised versions and service
On request, the connecting cable can be fitted directly to the probe in a customer-specific length. Alternative connector types and pin assignments are also possible, including four-pole sensor connectors as used for DC PLC probes. Ballbach offers repair and DAkkS calibration within the accredited scope.
