Universal tester for laboratories and gauge management
UMP 50 / 100 HP plus is a high-precision automatic system for dial gauges, test indicators, comparators, digital indicators and electronic inductive or incremental probes. A camera reads the display while the motorised drive generates the measuring displacement.
Automatic and semi-automatic operation
The system offers a fully automatic sequence and rapid semi-automatic measurement using the mouse wheel. Fast travel, autofocus and zoom shorten setup and calibration time.
Metrological performance
The arrangement follows the Abbe comparator principle. Versions cover 50 or 100 mm. Maximum resolution is 0.01 µm and the error limit is (0.1 + L/250) µm. A Heidenhain system and Zerodur reference are used at 20 °C, with RS 232 and USB interfaces.
Software and documentation
The software provides a broad instrument library, graphical or tabular results, report generation, freely configurable certificates and customer-specific data export.
Scope and options
The basic system includes camera, holders, universal measuring attachment, controller and software. A PC is not included. Options cover electronic probes and indicators, interfaces, cables and ring illumination.
