Applications and measuring tasks
MICRO-HITE+M adds motorised probe movement to the functions of the manual MICRO-HITE range. Probing speed and force are repeatable, supporting series measurements, part programs and complex 1D/2D tasks.
Measuring system and technical design
Three sizes offer 365, 615 or 920 mm span. Error limit is 1.8 + 2L/1000 µm, repeatability ≤0.5 µm on flats and ≤1 µm on curves. Air cushion, cast base and TESA Opto-µ system provide stability.
Operation, evaluation and data output
The hybrid touch/keypad panel provides QUICKCENTER, help, calculator, programs, screenshots and graphic evaluation. Data can be sent by USB, printer or TLC. Motorisation supports automatic execution of stored programs.
Versions, accessories and Ballbach service
MICRO-HITE+M is available in three spans. Shared accessories with manual MICRO-HITE are assigned; IG13, special holders and inserts appear in dedicated accessory families. Ballbach provides advice, repair and calibration.
