Digital internal measurement of large bores
The digital MICROTEST series combines a wide-range measuring principle with an electronic display. The instruments cover 30 to 400 mm and are suitable for through bores, blind bores and short centring recesses.
Wide range per instrument
Each instrument covers a significantly larger diameter interval than a conventional three-point micrometer. A small number of instruments can therefore cover different workpiece sizes. Carbide pins provide wear-resistant contacts.
Robust electronics and fine acquisition
The result is displayed at 0.001 mm, while internal acquisition operates in 100 nm steps. IP67 protection supports use in demanding production environments.
Digital documentation and service
An optional wireless module enables transfer to suitable systems. Reference gauges and setting equipment provide secure presetting. Ballbach supports selection, data connection, calibration and repair.
