Direkter Anschluss an SPS- und Automatisierungssysteme
Die DC-SPS-Messtaster besitzen eine Spannungsversorgung bis 24 V und liefern ein analoges Ausgangssignal für SPS-Steuerungen. Sie eignen sich für prozessnahe Messaufgaben, Sortierstationen und automatisierte Messvorrichtungen.
Ausführung und elektrische Kennwerte
Die mechanischen Parameter entsprechen den jeweiligen GT- und GTL-Grundtypen. Verfügbar sind verschiedene Messbereiche, Ausgangsspannungen und Empfindlichkeiten. Die Standardausführung wird mit offenem Kabelende zum Klemmen geliefert.
Steckerausführungen nach Kundenwunsch
Ballbach konfektioniert auf Wunsch alternative Anschlüsse, beispielsweise vierpolige Sensorstecker, sowie kundenspezifische Kabellängen direkt am Messtaster.
Ballbach customised versions and service
On request, the connecting cable can be fitted directly to the probe in a customer-specific length. Alternative connector types and pin assignments are also possible, including four-pole sensor connectors as used for DC PLC probes. Ballbach offers repair and DAkkS calibration within the accredited scope.
