Thread and depth in one operation
Leitech gauges inspect the thread and record the thread depth at the same time. Hardened and ground thread inserts, a black anodised aluminium body and matt-chromed reading components support robust workshop use.
Two reading versions
Items 2750 use a 0.5 mm scale reading. Items 2751 use a finer 0.1 mm vernier and an additional clamp for the scale sleeve. Items 2752 are replaceable GO thread inserts.
Special versions and coatings
Thread inserts are also available in CrN (1800 HV), TiCN-coated (3000 HV), TiAlN-coated (3300 HV) and carbide versions.
Leitech gauges are also available for other pitches and for UNC, UNF and NPT threads to DIN ISO 228. Matching core-hole gauges and versions for American threads are available on request.
