Reliable inspection of fine threads

Series 2753 is designed for metric ISO fine threads. Thread diameter, measuring depth and pitch are shown directly in the variant table.

Scale and vernier versions

Items 2753 use a 0.5 mm scale. Items 2754 use a finer 0.1 mm vernier and a clamp for the scale sleeve. Items 2755 are replaceable GO thread inserts.

Special versions and coatings

Thread inserts are also available in CrN (1800 HV), TiCN-coated (3000 HV), TiAlN-coated (3300 HV) and carbide versions.

Leitech gauges are also available for other pitches and for UNC, UNF and NPT threads to DIN ISO 228. Matching core-hole gauges and versions for American threads are available on request.
