Determine the largest diameter directly
The IKT measures the largest diameter of a tapered bore or groove directly. The measuring cone is inserted into the contour and the reference collar is pressed against the workpiece surface.
Typical applications
Applications include countersinks, collet seats, Morse tapers, taper-pin bores, V-belt pulleys and T-slots. The result is read directly on the attached indicator.
Different sizes and cone angles
A 90° measuring cone is standard. Available sizes cover approximately 0.5 to 100 mm. Smaller or customer-specific cone angles can be supplied for special geometries.
