Precise comparison of internal profiles
SUBITO KT is intended for comparative measurements on internal gears, spline profiles and keyway profiles. Suitable inserts or balls contact the functionally relevant profile surfaces.
Self-centring in the profile
Prismatic guidance centres the instrument automatically while it is rocked in the internal profile. This makes the reversal point clear and supports repeatable measurement.
Finely graduated balls and inserts
Interchangeable carbide balls are available from 0.5 mm diameter in very fine increments. The effective measuring-ball diameter can therefore be matched to different tooth and profile geometries.
Setting with a master component
The instrument is set on a suitable master part or reference spline. Depending on the version, the measuring range extends from approximately 8 to 510 mm and repeatability is below 0.5 µm.
