Reach concealed measuring positions
SUBITO ST is intended for bearing bores, grooves and recesses that can only be reached through a smaller preceding bore. The head is inserted and then expanded at the actual measuring position.
Swivelling anvil with large retraction
The measuring anvil swivels through 180°. Retraction can be up to about 40% of the target diameter, enabling access through substantially smaller openings.
Wide diameter and depth capability
Seven graduated sizes provide reliable centring. Target diameters range from approximately 30 to 530 mm. Special versions can reach measuring depths of about 2000 mm.
Reliable referencing
The gauge is set using a setting ring or suitable special jaws on the ESU setting instrument. Repeatability is below 1.0 or 1.5 µm in the usual ranges.
