Applications and measuring tasks
TESA-HITE MAGNA is designed for fast height, step, internal, external and distance measurements close to production. Automatic reversal-point detection supports reliable diameter measurements on bores and shafts as well as comparative and parallelism checks.
Measuring system and technical design
The patented magnetic TESA system remains reliable in demanding workshop conditions. The measuring system and control panel are protected against dust and liquids; versions provide 415 or 715 mm span, 0.01/0.001 mm resolution and an 8 µm error limit.
Operation, evaluation and data output
The fixed control panel provides quick, clear operation. Measured values can be transferred to downstream systems through the available interface. Rechargeable power supports mobile use on a surface plate.
Versions, accessories and Ballbach service
Available as TESA-HITE 4 MAGNA and 7 MAGNA. Probe holders and inserts are compatible with TESA MICRO-HITE. Ballbach supports selection, accessories, repair and calibration.
