Applications and measuring tasks
TESA-HITE is a versatile workshop height gauge for height, step, distance, internal and external measurements. Patented reversal-point detection simplifies bore and shaft diameter measurement; suitable accessories also enable parallelism and squareness checks.
Measuring system and technical design
The optoelectronic TESA Opto-µ system combines reliability with an error limit of 2.5 + 4L/1000 µm. Versions offer 415 or 715 mm span, 0.001 mm resolution and an integrated air cushion for easy movement on the plate.
Operation, evaluation and data output
The fixed control panel displays results clearly. Fine adjustment, air cushion and fast manual movement support a safe workflow; measured data can be transferred through the instrument interface.
Versions, accessories and Ballbach service
Available as TESA-HITE 400 and 700 with standard accessories. Probe systems are compatible with MICRO-HITE. Ballbach advises on size and accessories and provides repair and calibration.
