Application and measuring principle
ClinoBevel 3 covers inclination, straightness, flatness and squareness inspection. The ±60° model suits universal angular tasks; the high-precision ±1° version resolves inclinations down to 1 µm/m and can align coordinate measuring machines.
Design and technical features
The high-contrast colour display supports many units. Absolute/relative zero, hold and limit functions plus USB/RS-485 aid practical workflows. The protected cast-iron housing measures 150 × 150 × 40 mm.
Selecting the suitable version
6069111 provides ±60° with 0.005 mm/m (1 arcsec) resolution. 6069113 provides ±1° with 0.001 mm/m (0.2 arcsec) resolution for high-precision work. Error limits are stated per variant.
Practical use, handling and calibration
The free app turns a smartphone into a remote display and stores CSV data. Calibration pins are included for quick calibration of ±60° models. Supplied with battery and SCS certificate in a case; Ballbach provides advice, service and calibration.
