Robust measurement in production
TESA RUGOSURF 20 combines an aluminium base with a powerful traverse unit. It is suitable for portable and stationary inspection. The supplied holders fit universal stands with an 8 mm mounting diameter; the measuring height can be adjusted up to 35 mm without an additional stand.
Inductive interchangeable stylus
The inductive stylus operates without wear. The standard SB10 uses a 5 µm, 90° diamond tip; special styli cover grooves, small bores and special surfaces.
Measuring performance
The X range is 16 mm and the Z range 400 µm. Display ranges are Ra 0 to 100 µm and Rt 0.05 to 400 µm with 0.001 µm resolution. One to five cut-offs are selectable.
Parameters and standards
The instrument evaluates parameters to ISO 4287, JIS, ASME, DIN 4768, EN 10049 and ISO 12085, including Ra, Rq, Rt, Rz, Rmax, RPc and further profile values.
Memory and autonomy
The LCD displays values and profiles. Memory holds 20 graphical measurements or more than 1000 parameter sets. The rechargeable battery supports about 1000 measurements.
Rugosoft
TESA Rugosoft archives, prints and graphically displays results and can control settings and measurement sequences.
