Application and measuring principle
Universal measuring instrument for very large internal and external dimensions up to 1475 and 1450 mm respectively.
Internal measuring instruments determine bore diameters, grooves and large internal dimensions. Depending on the system, the measurement is direct with a micrometer mechanism or comparative against a previously set reference size.
Versions and technical selection
The main selection criteria are measuring range, resolution or scale division, measuring geometry, measuring depth and, where applicable, data output. The item variants are compared below with their technical values.

Typical applications
Typical tasks include checking bores, internal grooves, blind and through holes, and large internal distances. Setting rings or other reference standards ensure correct adjustment before measurement.
